Day Message
Luke records the arrest of the Apostle Paul in Acts twenty-two.
When the Roman officer found that the apostle was a Roman citizen he
became concerned and stated, "With a great sum obtained I this freedom."
His freedom as a Roman citizen was very important. The apostle
responded by saying, "But I was free born." The cost of our
freedom and liberty was made possible by great sacrifice, by many
people. Let us appreciate the freedom and be careful to maintain
that freedom by good citizenship.
